Vision Pro gets even more magical

A brain implant can take over the controls.

In partnership with

We live in amazing times. Thanks to a tiny brain implant, a patient with severe mobility issues can control a Vision Pro headset with his thoughts.

Instead of using the Vision Pro hand gesture to click an item, the patient just thinks about it — and the action is performed. As if the Vision Pro’s amazing interface wasn’t magical enough already.

It’s potentially a big breakthrough for human-computer interfaces, expanding the possibilities for millions of people with mobility (or even speech) problems.

The company behind it is working on a Bluetooth interface to enable computer interactions without touch or speech.

Even the way the implant was inserted into the patient’s brain is mind-boggling. Get full details here.

Stop “freelance writing.”

Here’s the truth about why you aren’t consistently landing high-paying clients:

The most compelling reason for most people to buy a computer for the home will be to link it into a nationwide communications network. We're just in the beginning stages of what will be a truly remarkable breakthrough for most people — as remarkable as the telephone.
