What new iOS features will you NOT get?

Several key updates won't come to older devices.

If you have an iPhone 11, you might be looking forward to installing iOS 17 this fall.

But beware: Even though your older iPhone can run iOS 17, it won’t be getting all the features of the new operating system.

For performance reasons, Apple is limiting several important features of not just iOS, but also iPadOS and macOS Sonoma, to its newest devices. See the breakdown here.
