All the new Apple Mail features you NTK
I've been using Apple's Mail client for years, long after everyone I know ditched it for Gmail.
Gmail offered more advanced features and a better UI, they said.
Now Apple is back with a raft of new capabilities that put Mail on par with its rival, like warnings about missing attachments and follow-up reminders.
The half-dozen big new features really do make Mail better. But the core experience retains its simplicity, which is what I've always liked about Apple's email app.
Learn about the new features in our comprehensive how-to, and perhaps it will stop you from switching to Gmail.

Apple co-founder Steve Jobs passed away more than 11 years ago, but that didn’t prevent him from giving a new interview with superstar podcaster Joe Rogan. In it, the co-creator of the Mac talks about the importance of Eastern mysticism, his thoughts on LSD, Google, innovation and more. There’s just one tiny wrinkle: The entire podcast is generated by artificial intelligence. That includes Jobs’ and Rogan’s voices and their responses.
Apple’s modern keyboards are perfectly adequate but pretty unremarkable. They are anything but fun. But thanks to the wide selection of modern USB adapters from TinkerBoy, you can liven up your setup with long-lost keyboards and mice of yore, including the legendary Apple Extended Keyboard II.

One more thing ...
"My observation is that the doers are the major thinkers. The people that really create the things that change this industry are both the thinker and doer in one person. And if we really go back and we examine, you know, did Leonardo have a guy off to the side that was thinking five years out in the future what he would paint or the technology he would use to paint it? Of course not.
Leonardo was the artist but he also mixed all his own paints. He also was a fairly good chemist. He knew about pigments, knew about human anatomy. And combining all of those skills together, the art and the science, the thinking and the doing, was what resulted in the exceptional result.
And there is no difference in our industry. The people that have really made the contributions have been the thinkers and the doers. And a lot of people of course -- it's very easy to take credit for the thinking. The doing is more concrete.... It's very easy to say, 'Oh, I thought of this three years ago.' But usually, when you dig a little deeper, you find that the people that really did it were also the people that really worked through the hard intellectual problems as well." -- Steve Jobs, 1990.
