macOS Sonoma's best features

Try these goodies after you upgrade your Mac.

macOS Sonoma wasn’t supposed to be a big deal. It was rumored to be a maintenance release — a low-key update fixing bugs and performance issues.

But it’s turned out to be chock-full of new features, and a lot of them seem really great.

Be careful, for example, with the new Apple TV-style aerial screensavers: They’re mesmeric. You won’t get any work done just staring at them.

macOS Sonoma also brings big enhancements to passwords, Photos, Find My and much more. See our rundown of the 36 best new features.
