For the last few years, every time Apple releases a new iPhone, the same old memes get trotted out:
It’s time to retire this meme (and all the similar ones). The upcoming iPhone 17 Pro — due next year — may be getting a radical redesign.
The first mockups of it look very different from the last few iPhone models, and the design is sure to polarize.
In our company Slack this morning, someone said the renders look like a horrible generative-AI nightmare, to which another quipped: “The iPhone 16 was designed for Apple Intelligence, the iPhone 17 was designed by Apple Intelligence.”

Doing the backlight mod to the Macintosh portable was one of the best decisions I did. Unfortunately I got the blue EL sheet instead of the teal aqua

there’s finally a Mini PC that’s Very Competitive to the Mac Studio in terms of design and specs
It comes with a i9 14900KF and a Mobile RTX 4090
looks pretty cool ngl, not sure of the price tho, it’s available in Chinese markets

One more thing ...
I used to think about selling 1 million computers a year, but it was just a thought. When it actually happens, it's a totally different thing. So it was, “Holy shit, it's actually coming true!” But what's hard to explain is that this does not feel like overnight. Next year will be my 10th year. I had never done anything longer than a year in my life. Six months, for me, was a long time when we started Apple. So this has been my life since I've been sort of a free-willed adult. Each year has been so robust with problems and successes and learning experiences and human experiences that a year is a lifetime at Apple. So this has been 10 lifetimes.
