Why iPhone 14 Pro cameras are a ‘huge leap’
The camera nerds at Halide, a well-respected camera app for iOS, have spent the last few weeks testing out the camera on the iPhone 14 Pro.
After putting the camera through its paces, they concluded that the new iPhone's camera isn't just a great iPhone camera, it's now finally a great camera in its own right.
Besides that, the front-facing camera is much better too, and so too are the telephoto camera and the new 2X zoom, which makes clever use of the Pro's much larger sensor.
Altogether, they describe the cameras on the iPhone 14 Pro as a "huge leap" -- and if you check the post, you'll see it isn't idle hyperbole.

"It’s really great when you show somebody something and you don’t have to convince them they have a problem this solves. They know they have a problem, you can show them something, they go, 'Oh my God, I need this.'" -- Steve Jobs, D5 conference, 2007.
