First look: iPhone 17 Air
Wait, is that a Pixel phone?
A few years ago, Apple leaker Jon Prosser took the internet by storm.
Appearing out of nowhere, Prosser scored a string of scoops about Apple that had some people asking, is Prosser the new Mark Gurman? (Gurman is, of course, Bloomberg’s ace Apple reporter with a long track record of successfully covering the company.)
Alas, Prosser didn’t turn out to be the next Gurman, and while his YouTube channel has remained active, he hasn’t been turning out the big Apple scoops he was once famous for.
That may be changing! Last month, Prosser claimed the Camera app in iOS 19 would get a big makeover with changes inspired by visionOS — a claim that received quite a bit of attention.
Now, Prosser’s latest video gives us a look at the design of the iPhone 17 Air — a brand-new model that reportedly will prize thinness over all else and debut later this year.
The design of the Air is perhaps the hottest secret Apple is sitting on right now — and it looks just like one of Google’s latest Pixel phones (according to Prosser).
Right or wrong, I quite like the look of it.

Apple is going big with its biggest sports franchise, Major League Soccer, which is celebrating its milestone 30th season.
Dio’s new AirPlay-compatible mini speakers sound great, and are an affordable alternative to the HomePod mini. See our hands-on review.
Nomad updated its popular keychain charging cable to handle higher wattages, while also lowering the price.
If you need a powerful charger to go with Nomad’s new cable, this small-but-mighty GaN brick can juice a MacBook, iPad and iPhone simultaneously.
I’m definitely checking out Apple TV+’s upcoming crime drama Dope Thief, which has a promising premise, cast and crew — just look at the trailer!

Imagine this with M4 Ultras. They'll likely use Apple UltraFusion to fuse together two M4 Max dies, for a massive 256GB of unified memory @ 1146GB/s.
Soon we'll have DeepSeek R1 (R2?) running at home at cloud speed.

One more thing ...
Don't be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.
