How smug do feel right now as a Mac user?
You must be feeling pretty good as tens of thousands of Windows PCs are knocked offline by a big software update gone horribly wrong.
The global update is causing havoc worldwide with hospitals, airlines, banks, stores and thousands more systems knocked offline.
Naturally, Macs are unaffected.
Oh, the schadenfreude.
Of course, there may be serious implications to this: Hospitals are cancelling surgeries and some 911 systems are still down.
But right now, you gotta be feeling pretty good about at least one of your life choices.

We had a fundamental belief that doing it right the first time was going to be easier than having to go back and fix it. And I cannot say strongly enough that the repercussions of that attitude are staggering. I've seen them again and again throughout my business life.
