How to use Apple Health's new mood-tracking tool.
As some business guru once said, “If you can't measure it, you can't manage it.”
Measuring your mental health is tricky, but Apple’s giving it a shot in iOS 17.
The Health app can now be used to track how you feel throughout the day, with the goal of helping you identify what helps you feel good and what doesn’t, be it sleep, exercise, family or friends.
If you often feel anxious or stressed out, tracking how you feel throughout the day may help you pinpoint what exactly causes the problem. Then you can make changes to fix it.
Alternatively, you might discover that meeting friends for coffee or lunch elevates your mood. The Health app could help you make that connection. Here’s how to get started with the new mood-tracking features in iOS 17.

Apple’s been upping its battery-management game recently, with things like limiting iPhone charging to 80%. You can get the same thing for your MacBook using Energiza Pro, an easy-to-use battery management app that will extend the life of your laptop’s built-in battery.
We can’t believe it, but this $50 discount on the new AirPods Pro with USB-C case is still going strong.

One more thing ...
I encountered authority of a different kind than I had ever encountered before, and I did not like it. And they really almost got me. They came close to really beating any curiosity out of me.
