Apple Watch Ultra reviews: It's chonky!

While you can never be too thin or too rich, some things can definitely be too chonky.

That's the cause of debate swirling around early reviews of the Apple Watch Ultra, Cupertino's new timepiece for endurance sports.

Some people think the new watch is too big. Even reviewers that like the bigger size are taking flak from readers who insist the Ultra's not made for smaller wrists.

The issue is personal, of course, and you probably won't know where you stand until you get to try one on for yourself.

Luckily, that won't be long: Apple Watch Ultra will hit stores in a couple of days (although it's already back-ordered until early November).

Meanwhile, check out what reviewers have to say about that big bright screen, extra battery life and enhanced GPS.

The feature comes enabled by default on iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, which some users find annoying. Luckily, you can disable it.

I like the new band. But I find it interesting to compare it to third-party versions of similar quality that go for a lot less money.

On September 21, 1999, the Google launch gave the world a powerful internet search tool. It also marked the birth of an odd and intense Apple rivalry.

The term “money pit” usually refers to an old house that needs a lot of expensive work that never seems to end. But it could actually refer to a computer setup, too. After all, it’s never really finished and the next round of irresistible gear is always about to come out. Today’s featured Mac Studio setup is a good example.
