Apple Watch pros
For some things, Apple Watch really is the best option.
When introducing the first iPad back in 2010, Steve Jobs emphasized the tablet wasn’t just good for certain tasks, it was better.
Take browsing the web, which Jobs argued was better on an iPad than any other device.
“It’s the best browsing experience you’ve ever had,” he said. “It’s phenomenal.”
Fifteen years later, this still holds up. If you want to browse the web, the iPad is probably the best device.
What about Apple Watch? As the 10th anniversary of Apple Watch approaches, what is the tiny wrist computer good for?
Tracking your heart rate, of course. But there are multiple tasks where the Apple Watch outshines other devices. Here’s a personal list from Cult of Mac writer Ed Hardy, detailing seven things the Apple Watch is the best possible device for.

Overhauling Siri has led to an internal overhaul at Apple. The Vision Pro guys are now in charge.
If the notch on your MacBook is messing with your apps, there’s a handy setting to fix that.
I love “battery breakthrough” news, and here’s some good news for today’s Earth Day celebrations: Worn-out lithium-ion batteries can be revitalized by heating them. It raises the possibility of devices that purposely heat their internal batteries to keep them chugging.
These AI sports glasses look awesome, and they offer some insights into what to expect from this class of devices as Apple continues to work on AR glasses for everyday wear.
Ugreen makes excellent charging products and is now expanding into Find My-compatible trackers with similar success. See our hands-on review.

I don’t care what anyone says, but these beats cases have the best feeling buttons out of any case that I’ve ever felt.
That click is crisp!
As a bonus, you get a contrasting black Camera Control button regardless of case color.

Apple’s paid me over $3,200 in Daily Cash from my Apple Card and more than $4,500 in interest from my Apple Savings account.
That’s enough to buy a Vision Pro, iPad Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max, Apple Watch Ultra, and AirPods Max with a little left over. Don’t sleep on these.

One more thing ...
My philosophy is that everything starts with a great product. So, you know, I obviously believed in listening to customers, but customers can't tell you about the next breakthrough that's going to happen next year that's going to change the whole industry. So you have to listen very carefully. But then you have to go and sort of stow away — you have to go hide away with people that really understand the technology, but also really care about the customers, and dream up this next breakthrough. And that's my perspective, that everything starts with a great product. And that has its flaws. I have certainly been accused of not listening to the customers enough. And I think there is probably a certain amount of that that's valid.
