Apple may yet launch new Macs this year

The year is starting to draw to a close, and Apple rounded it out by launching new iPads and a new Apple TV on Tuesday.

But the company's not done yet.

According to reports, Apple likely will release not one, not two, but as many as three new Macs before the year ends.

Apple’s “Take Note” product blitz on Tuesday did not include any Mac news, but new Macs are “highly likely to launch before the calendar turns into 2023,” according to Bloomberg. What can we expect soon — and what’s on the roadmap?

Apple took the rare step of unveiling its latest iPads and Apple TV via underwhelming press releases. However, the company apparently did preliminary work to hold an event that would have been called “Take Note,” and you can see it now.

The latest version of the Logitech Crayon iPad stylus charges via USB-C, just like the new iPad 10. That makes it a simpler option than the Apple Pencil 1 that still uses Lightning.
